Getting started is easy!

All you need is an internet connection, software (provided for free) and a digital recorder.

•	Dictate reports into a digital hand-held recorder, PDA or telephone.

•	Log onto Report Pro.^tm

•	Connect the recorder to your PC.

•	Then retrieve dictations from the recorder and upload them to the CBay Scribe^tm website using Report Pro^tm.

•	The files are then transcribed by our top of the line transcriptionists.

•	On the next day, you can download the transcribed reports onto your desktop with Report Pro^tm. The software also handles download, printing, formatting (by using Microsoft word), faxing, digital signatures, and forwarding reports by email.
